Ingredients
  

  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually whisk in the cornstarch until well combined.
  • If desired, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a spoon to drop the cloud bread batter onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  • Place the baking sheet in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cloud bread is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Let the cloud bread cool slightly before serving.
